In a previous life I did some work with WiFi in the medical equipment arena. One year, GE Medical Systems acquired another outfit (don't remember who now) and initally called that group the GE Medical Systems Healthcare Information Technology Systems. And of course printed up materials promoting the new acquisition and such.
Then someone pointed out the acronym they had created.
