Cell mapper triangulates the tower position based on signal strengths. It has 
nothing to do with ASR.

This is a great source for locating towers as well. Only towers registered with 
ASR are listed however.

coverages. It is a crowdsourced map, so while it doesn't have the BS the 
carriers inject to their maps, it also doesn't have people mapping out 
everywhere.
