Why not have a small lease on property with telephone pole and screw free. It still free but there is an exchange of paper. Also, as new products change the landscape and customer with lease wants to upgrade then sure... tack on the extra mmrc and now
he pays you to be there :)

My customers would have all got satellite within a 4 day period LOL :)
