A surprising number of people accepted.
To my knowledge we didn't get any extra guests on the call though.

Ok, so again I apologize for the meeting invite on list.
I have deleted the item from my calendar. When I deleted it I
selected
"don't send" status update to the invitees, and apparently it did
it anyway.
I never did figure out what resulted in my whole address book being
invited to the event either. Apparently I'm getting old or something.
