Chuck,

I'm  very confused with them, that's why I'm asking the experts.  They
look  like  normal breakers, but they are not acting that way.  They do
have  a  line  and  load side.  I have them setup with line on the hot
side  and  load  on  the  equipment  side.   Just not acting the way I
expected.   I  just  will  make sure a put a note up not to assume the
circuit  is  disconnect  if you switch the breaker to OFF.
