The gigabit ones will work also, if you use the cable in the cambium manual which is described as going from the CMM4 to the 450i's. When used with a gigabit injector, it will swap the power pins back, and since the 320 and 430 are 10/100 radios, it won't be a problem with the polarity being swapped.
This trick will also work with a gigabit poort on a rackinjector.
