It does vent the cabinet. We use a Tycon TP DIN as a temperature monitor and
its built in relays to turn the fan on when too hot and the heater on when too
cold. Seems to work pretty well.

Thanks,

Thanks very much for that.
With the fan, is it used to vent the cabinet or just move the air around?

Thanks again

We do the same as TJ. We get to 100 degrees here in the summer, the inside of
the cabinet gets much warmer, but we have a simple thermostat controlled fan
that seems to help. We haven't had issues with over heating or issues with
the cold if the cabinet heater fails for some reason. Only issue with Netonix
is that we will lose one time and again from electrical/grounding issues.
They seem more fragile than the rest of the equipment in the cabinet to that.

I run them in a pretty hot climate, we hit 110*f max in the summers, they are
in beige boxes with fans in the box, run fine.

Hello

I'm starting to use Netonix switch's now.
It's winter now and in summer here in Aus the inside of a box will be 125F +
That's close to the limit of these switches, has anyone run them this hot? Do
the fans scream all day long?

Thanks

Rhys
