We provide the first set. Personally I like the mesh vests. Very light,
works for all weather, cheap, can fit in your pocket.
But my guys all like something different. I think most of them in this
weather are wearing the orange T shirts with the yellow reflective stripes.

Do you supply employees with Class2 & 3 vests, jackets, parkas, shirts,
etc? Or do you put it on them to provide their own hi vis clothing?
