"LOAD LETTER" I understood to mean that you should put letter size paper in the 
feed tray...but what was the "PC" supposed to stand for?

No issues with Chrome. The only time we've seen that is when memory usage is 
too high on the computer. Maybe a new Windows update all your computers 
received is causing it and it just coincides with Chrome.
