I think once you click live its broadcasting and recording to their servers. I dont know what happens if theres no cell service. Youtube video i think is as well. But youll chew through battery on both and need a dedicated device. The streamers have devices, i dont know what. If there are any protests goinng on in your area, go there there will be a ton of livestreamers there.
