Exact same thing happened to me too with an Electric Lightwave (Integra) order placed like maybe 8 months before that buyout. Zayo said they had no obligation to honor any ELI/Integra orders and the monthly cost would now be double and they acted like they were doing us a favor. The generous offer was declined.
