I’ve been using the UBNT POE switches (48 port SFP+ uplink) for a few years now in my small office and they work great.
Even better use the unify version and get a cloud key etc so you have the nice interface, and even better get the unify routers to do deep packet inspection in their nice interface. You can still get to the ‘ugly’ full on interface with a click from the ‘nice’ interface which I like.
