Cambium’s official repair service is in Florida but I don’t think it’s PDMnet anymore. That doesn’t really answer your question though. It may depend also on what product. It’s one thing to have the parts, schematics and equipment to repair an SM or router, it’s another to work on something like a licensed backhaul.
