A situation came up where there seems to be one bad battery in a set of
4. The bad one only gives us 9V when under load. Same thing happened
at a different site a couple of years ago. And both times we found out
when the power was out and it didn't run as long as it was supposed to.
You can find that problem if you drive there and clip a load tester onto
each battery, but is there a way to detect those failures remotely?
Surely this problem has been solved.
