Visiting with a friend this morning he indicated he is traveling to coach a HS basketball game at a school on a reservation. He said that I will not be able to contact him while there because they have a cell call blocker to keep kids from looking at their phones.
I did not realize blockers became legal. ?? Maybe sovereign nations preempt the FCC?
