We are AS<AS> netblock <X.X.X.X/X> It appears the primary complaints are emanating from our NAT customers. Our NAT ranges are X.X.X.X/X and Y.Y.Y.Y/Y What is the required process to get our ASN/netblock whitelisted with your service? I got bumped off the list and just re-subscribed a few days ago so if you already discussed this I apologize. Has anyone had issues with Customers losing access to Disney plus? I am being told from the customers that the IP address is being blocked. This is happening on a network that is still NAT with a single IP address. It’s already on the list to fix early next year. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced it and if there is a fix? One customer was told it could be a couple weeks another that there was nothing Disney could do.
