I would not use the term lineman. It’s a tree rm specific to electrical
workers, not communications workers. It’s a very different (and expensive)
skill set and you will end up overpaying for workers if that is what you are
advertising for. And they probably won’t like the work. The exception is
if you want to run ADSS in the power space.
