That's just what fits on the barn. There are two more (smaller) barns that could take panels as well.

It came up with about 416 panels at about 104 kW of production, costing about $140k. I'm assuming that's materials and not installed. I know that when it was announced, Chuck said you can build a system for much cheaper than what Ubiquiti was pushing.
