25% more satellites visible, same number tracked.
Not all sites were affected though. And at some sites, only a few AP's
were affected. Other sites, all were affected.
Of sites with affected AP's, they see 25% more satellites visible now,
the AP's that did not drop GPS show no change in satellites visible.
