The weird thing, if I remember right, was that the 3 connector sector was
priced lower than the 2 connector one.  They must have bought a boatload of
them or something.

Also if I remember right, they took so long trying to do it that customers
finally told them just stop, we don't even want that anymore, the world has
moved on.  By "customers" I probably mean "JAB".

We have quite a few of those 450's with the useless 3rd nipple labeled
"FSK".

We ended up getting connectorized FSK AP's and plugging them into the 3rd
port on the antenna.

Not quite the same situation, but yeah that did leave a sour taste in the
mouth.
