There is a rise just to the West of Wendover Nevada. If you drive up there in
the evening and look East, the headlights of the cars driving on I-80 clearly
trace the curvature of the earth. It is a straight and level stretch of
freeway that is probably 50 miles long.

Yeah. When I heard he was building a rocket to go 5,000 feet in the air
to prove the world was flat all I could think was "dude, a plane ticket
would be cheaper.".
