It comes down to carrier grade or best effort requirements and your
tolerance for problems.

Cheap and probably good include ignitenet, Mikrotik, ubnt.

Carrier grade set and forget in 80ghz includes siklu, aviat, bridgewave and
cambium/ceragon.
