You can take out the insides, clean them well and they will be allot milder. Jalapenos have all kinds of good stuff for your system. Not bragging...other than my slow heart issue, which really doesn't bother me and taking no meds, I have not had flu in over a decade...had some coughing in January but no congestion, no fever, no pain. Maybe Tecate and jalapeno does it..
