I guess what I should have said, they are not Layer 1. So they are some speed of Layer 2 which may or may not work with HDMI over ethernet.

It'll probably cost you more in splitting equipment then it's worth, unless you really have to have it running off a single roku. HDMI has the digital handshake for copyright protection, as a general rule it makes it very expensive to split it.
