I was invoiced and paid the $70 as well.. but until your individual 601 is 
granted the STA is not usable.

AFAIK nobody’s 601 got approved. We had a press release that looked promising, 
and when I talked to the FCC last week they said to expect approval by Monday. 
Somebody decided to halt this process.

I called them today, and basically they said tough luck, keep waiting because 
they received hundreds of applications that each have to be reviewed 
individually? And that the NTIA has to approve it?
