Let me be clear. Most areas we can port easily from Frontier Like Ballinger and Winters. But Some, like Comanche, TX I can't.
the LATA 961 is the same for both. The problems are in NPA 325 NXX 330 & 356 and NPA 254 NXX 879 in this example.
