The calls started after we upgraded Wimax to LTE, so we suspect it is something in our LTE setup.
Someone suggested we try DMZ, we are giving that a try. It's had quite a lot of improvements over the last few years, but it's good enough that I can say it "works OK". My primary complaint is that if I have 1x 1 bar and it thinks there is connectivity, it won't even bother with WiFi calling. It'll just fail in attempting the mobile network. Are 100% of your customers on Telrad having this problem and 0% errors elsewhere? Are you certain it's limited to Telrad?
