Oddly enough I have had good luck just purchasing pre-made cables from China off eBay. Shipping takes a bit longer, but a few weeks is doable.
But I’m sure the “normal” vendors could make you up some. I had some vault grade special cables made from a company I forget the name, but brokered by Graybar locally.
