Don't put Jalapenos in vinegar!! These were cooked in soy sauce and a bit of Worcestershire sauce. Remove the veins and seeds if they are too hot for you. Guacamole is ruined by most who make it...the stuff they sell with Tostidos IS NOT guacamole....it's awful...
