Methyl Ethyl Ketone? Nasty stuff. Don't inhale. Probably flammable as all heck also.
Is it banned for sale in Utah, or just not shippable? Are you just needing modest quantities, or 55 gallon drums? Hardware stores and paint stores used to carry it, but probably not anymore. Can you use any ketone, like acetone? Not sure that's any easier to get. It's used as lacquer thinner, but I think lacquer thinners have other stuff in them, not pure acetone.
