Can you be a little more specific about the erratic or flapping upload signal?

How many dB is it varying, and does the downlink signal level stay constant
while the uplink signal changes? Usually RF path issues like reflections,
trees, rain, etc. affect both directions. Does the signal variation follow
some pattern, like certain times of day, or certain temperature or weather?
For example, atmospheric multipath problems often occur around sundown after a
sunny day followed by a cool evening with little or no wind.

Also, when you single out cnMaestro, is this because the numbers reported in
cnMaestro don’t agree with what you read directly from the AP and SM, or an
SNMP monitoring system? Or is it just because cnMaestro is the tool you use to
monitor signal levels? I’m not sure if you are saying it seems to be a
cnMaestro problem.

Nope, I have heard that 16.2 is not that stable. cnmaestro is current as of 2
weeks ago. Everything else on the network is 16.1

Have you upgraded to 16.2 and the latest cnmaestro?

I have a customer that has been complaining of 1-2 second regular hiccups in
his service. We moved his antenna thinking it might be bouncing the signal off
the propanel roof, but cnmaestro still is indicating a flapping upload signal.
Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for?
