I would not worry about it too much. Word is that UV will deactivate the
virus in about 12 minutes. Leave the windows rolled up and in the sun, and
ol' Sol will do the job for you. OTOH, based on low viral load, I'd maybe
just keep some sanitizing wipes handy, and hit all the high-touch areas
(steering wheel, and all knobs and handles) and you're good to go. 

Oh, put out the word there is to be no licking of steering wheels or knobs
or handles.
