I can do a beautiful job of putting a shielded end on shielded cable.  The 
downside is it takes me 5 tries and 30+ minutes.  And some cuss words.

It’s a shitty job on that cable, I’ll give you that.    It’s what the new(ish) 
NOC guy created.   We would shoot a field service tech (what we call our 
installers) if they made a end like that :-)
