Several years back I ran into some customers with Cradlepoint routers and they seemed like nothing but trouble. Not sure if it was the customers or Cradlepoint, probably a combination, but I’ve been prejudiced against Cradlepoint ever since. I think it was something like customer thought he had to approve the MAC address of every device, or the setup wizard chose some troublesome settings, something like that.
