Does the ILEC already have a Satellite ground station? Can’t recall the details but I remember doing GIS work for the first ARRA award under the Obama stimulus and it was in Alaska. Rivada Networks rings a bell but I would have to go digging to be sure. There were a bunch of remote areas in the state and I think Satellite backhaul was the solution of choice. VSAT terminals I think.
