I’m happy as long as the whites are all solid. I’m fine with runny
yolks but don’t like any of the whites still runny and clear.
I find putting a lid on the pan gets this done without flipping the
eggs. Can turn off the heat and let the top steam a minute to cook
the whites if you like your yolks particularly runny.
If you cook the yolk completely solid, you can’t dip your toast in it.
