yes a stand alone nvr and cameras, preferably directly to the back of a
stand alone nvr w/ integrated poe ports.

I get these for $199, they are $350 ish if you buy actual hikvision branded
but epcom is the same hardware just different sticker;

same goes for the cameras, a hikvision 8mp turret will sell for ~$300 and
epcom is ~$150
