Maybe someone has a backdoor/hack into some companies efax system/number.

I got a fax through that I just inherited $100,000,000. It's the same text you'd expect in an email, but formatted into a 8x11 and faxed. Interesting that the Caller ID that the fax came from is the same number that he says to fax back to in the fax (South Africa number).
