I haven’t spent much time looking at the 60 and 80 GHz products, but do I remember correctly that some have an antenna array or beam steering so they automatically align themselves and stay aligned, while others require manual alignment? I’ve been told the alignment at these frequencies can be very touchy, to the point where tower or building movement may be a problem. Like don’t climb the tower or walk on the rooftop, or the backhaul will drop out.
