I live on diet coke. I have type 2 diabetes. I have stopped the coke for long periods of time and it had zero effect on my blood sugar. Not sure what is telling me. Perhaps long term diet coke abuse has permanently damaged me. Or perhaps diet coke does not affect my blood sugar.
If I don’t want to have diabetes it is easy and simple. Go keto. But in order to really do that, others in the household have to be onboard. My wife is an excellent cook. Eve is the fall of Adam...
