They should be static routes, so you should not have to distribute connected.

you want a dhcp client interface to by dynamically added to the routes?
youre gonna get yelled at for distributing connected routes
i think youd have to have an all interface defines and a 
0.0.0.0/0<http://0.0.0.0/0> network if you dont know the subnet that will be 
assigned if this is part of your osfp  routing network
otherwise distribute connected routes should propagate
