Mikrotik makes one.  You do have to be in the same phase, keep that in mind.

In our case we've got a DC plan on the ground and just pay $18/mo for a
Sprint data card.  It's a lot easier than running cable up/down the
building - at the very least we'd need a ~200 foot crane to be able to do
it. Not for just monitoring some batteries!
