Saw a short video of someone walking up & around it. The column appears from what I saw to be triangular (as opposed to just a rectangular slab)? It was a very short video, and I may have been fooled by the angles or something.

Seems very shiny to be several years old.  Must be alien metal.  Or perhaps it’s a passive reflector.  Seems kind of small though.  Those old billboard style things on top of mountains were huge.  Maybe it’s a millimeter wave passive reflector.  5G “ultra wideband” must be coming to the Utah desert.

It must have been there for a few years as the google earth image is a bit old.

I am sure the BLM will remove it soon.  They get pissy about things like that.  Looks to me like they saw cut the sandstone and embedded it a bit.

I am hopeful they sunk some rock anchors and grouted them in.  Hopefully it has a nice steel interior structure that will make it very difficult to remove.
