I hated that in EMS. Those people who had to switch between every siren and
lay on the air horn the whole ride. Those are the same ones with embedded
lightbars in their personal vehicles that thought that meant they could
blow stop lights and pull people over.
I cant imagine how irritated I'd be now with these LEDs.

Being rural, it's funny how common it is for farmers to complain that the
lights and sirens bother their cows
