I have learned not to jump down from anything. ANYTHING. My disk ruptures healed after lots of ibuprofen and PT. I didn’t know they could heal. But any jumping down will put me back on the injured list. Hard to train yourself. Simple things like a lowboy trailer or the tailgate of a truck. Nope, have to learn not to do it. Can’t even hop down the stairs 2 at a time any more.
