As far as winter. Arkansas isn’t warm enough. As far as hurricanes, I’ve rode out 3 days of a cat5 when it hit St Thomas a few years back. Hurricane Maria. Wasn’t any worse than a MO tornado just lasted longer. I hate winter more than you I guess
