I dont understand why theres not a service for that. I looked and looked, but may have been looking the wrong direction. the brothers wisp guide covers the big ones, and i believe theyre still updating it. It would be nice if that were an RIR component where the geolocation services pull from there, but then you have VOIP location registration issues on VPNs.
