That is true. A lot of people were scared off by the rhetoric. Plus they found that there are 2 to 3 extra doses in each bulk vial that they're being allowed to utilize. There is excess in most bulk meds to account for drippage and what stays idle in needles. But the healthcare folks are handling this stuff like liquid gold. The excess was approved for distribution a week or two ago.
