I think Debbie let you know, but the Base 3 isn't the holdup on this particular order. I think we were missing just one of the voltage monitors if I remember correctly. I do know they are being manufactured today.
And yes, pretty much everything other than some really early modules (i.e 10+ year old stuff at this point), and the morningstar, serial, and temperature control modules are supported at this point.
