we use 4-wire riser cable from the local wholesale company which is perfect for outdoor protection
we use only best-tronics tactical pair fiber with or without glands.
we use only FS SFP modules. Cisco compatible with high range temperature.

Been installed for over 3 years no issues.

The whole power thing we solved by using something similar to squid distribution box but only for hybrid cable. The first deployment was tough we used a 3 wire #8 riser cable into a 3'x4' nema enclosure using lugs. Which was not the best due to surge protection. I now have a new standard for design that basically incorporates the PacketFlux DC cards and EtherWan fiber switches. The only thing coming down the tower is a single armored fiber with the 3 wire#8 for Power.
The new design cleans up the wire management for sure.

Medusa are the big boy toys which need the big boy deployments.

We are using Ubiquiti SM Bi-Di SFPs... work great.

Fiber, I'm using fiber from Benton Cook at CTI.  Lanshack also sells pre-terminated outdoor micro armored.

Power -- is a pain in the backside.   Talk to Benton at CTI... he's got some cheaper Belden cable... but seriously, Cambium needs to do away with the 4 wire.

You will need to buy special glands for the fiber (PG-13 or something is the part number).

What are you guys using for fiber and power cabling to the 3GHz 450M?  Is part C000065L008A the correct number for the single mode SFP and does it come with the gland and licenses? Putting up my first one and I want to make sure I have everything in-place.
